Welcome to MINDWISE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
Proudly supporting the Dudas community, Mindwise Mental Health Services affirms that mental well-being is every bit as essential as physical health. Our psychotherapy offerings provide a secure, compassionate, and confidential setting where you can work with a licensed therapist to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Whether you’re navigating life’s hurdles, addressing mental health challenges, or aiming for personal growth, we’re here to support you.
At Mindwise, we see therapy as more than solving problems—it’s a chance to explore and expand what’s possible in your life. We create a warm, inclusive environment where you can show up as your authentic self, without judgment, and move toward the life you envision. Our care is grounded in person-centered practice, trauma-aware principles, and cultural humility, ensuring your individual experiences are respected and uplifted as we support your growth.
Our practice is dedicated to offering a space that is safe and welcoming to everyone. I understand how important it is to find a therapist who feels like the right match. If you’d like to discuss how our backgrounds or perspectives may intersect or differ, I’m open to that conversation. And if at any point you feel another clinician might be a better fit, I’m happy to help you connect with the right person. Your preferences and comfort lead the way.

Mindwise & Bodywise
Mindwise Mental Health Services is partnered with Bodywise Health & Rehab, a multidisciplinary center committed to whole-person care. Alongside psychotherapy, you can access a broad range of integrative options, including chiropractic services, rehabilitation, and other allied health supports. If physical pain or tension is linked to your emotional challenges, or if stress shows up in your body, our coordinated model enables you to address both mental and physical health in a single setting. We know healing can be complex, and we’re here with comprehensive, collaborative care—because your well-being comes first.
Life’s challenges can be messy, overwhelming, and sometimes really painful. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling in relationships, or just trying to make sense of your emotions, you don’t have to figure it out alone. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Chiropractor, I take a whole-person approach to healing-one that honours both your physical and emotional experiences. My style is warm, grounded and real. I provide a supportive space where you can be yourself to help you navigate issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I have a special interest in helping those recovering from intimate partner violence (domestic violence) and those who are dealing with grief and loss, whether its loss of a loved one (pets included!), because of a life change or any other sense of loss that you are feeling.

We’re not here to offer one-size-fits-all solutions.
We're here to understand you. At Mindwise, we do things differently:
We integrate research-backed practices with a whole-person perspective, tending not only to thoughts and feelings but also to the mind–body connection, daily habits, and the values that guide you.
Your heritage, identities, and lived experiences are central to your care. We offer counseling that honors your whole self and meets you with respect.
Healing takes root when you’re genuinely listened to, recognized, and embraced exactly as you are. In this space, there’s no need to edit or hold back—bring every part of yourself to the work.
In collaboration with Bodywise Health & Rehab, we deliver a cross‑disciplinary model that unites mental and physical care, recognizing their profound interrelationship.
Let’s start a conversation about what matters most to you.
Your story, your goals, your journey. We’re here to walk alongside you.
Psychotherapy is a powerful tool for personal growth, healing, and emotional well-being. It’s a collaborative process where you work with a trained therapist, typically a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), in a safe, supportive environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, psychotherapy helps you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change in your life.

At Mindwise Mental Health Services, we believe therapy should be as unique as you are. Life’s challenges don’t come with a one-size-fits-all solution, and neither should therapy. That’s why we take a personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to help you navigate whatever you're facing.
Your first session involves an initial assessment where we discuss your concerns, goals, and history. Therapy sessions are tailored to your pace and comfort level. Sessions are confidential, non-judgemental, and structured to empower you with coping strategies and insights for positive change.

You may feel perpetually tense, drained, or caught in loops of worry. The impact can be overwhelming—disrupting sleep, straining relationships, and making it hard to concentrate. We partner with you to uncover the underlying causes of your anxiety, spot recurring patterns, and develop hands-on coping tools to build resilience and reestablish calm and a sense of control.
Trauma is more than a single event—it can leave enduring emotional and physical effects throughout your body and mind. If you’re navigating childhood adversity, a recent traumatic experience, or complex PTSD, we offer trauma-informed support in an environment built on safety, empowerment, and connection. Together, and at a pace that feels right for you, we’ll help you make sense of the intense thoughts and emotions that feel overwhelming.
There are times when everything feels burdensome. You might catch yourself pulling back from others, losing enthusiasm for activities that once mattered, or doubting your own value. Counseling provides a space to uncover the deeper causes of these struggles, regain emotional steadiness, and rediscover a sense of meaning and direction.
Even the strongest bonds can be strained by unresolved conflict, emotional distance, and entrenched patterns. If you’re dealing with challenges in your partnership, the stresses of parenting, or estrangement within your family, we provide a supportive setting to explore relational dynamics, strengthen communication, and restore trust and closeness.
Loss—whether caused by death, separation, or major life shifts—can feel overwhelming. Grief isn’t linear, and there’s no deadline to “move on.” If you’re mourning a person, an experience, or a part of yourself, we’re here to help you honour your grief, work through your emotions, and take compassionate, meaningful steps forward, in your own time.
Whether anticipated or sudden, life changes can unsettle your sense of self and direction. If you’re stepping into a new role, closing a relationship, or beginning a different chapter, therapy offers space to reflect, reorient, and move through transition with greater clarity and purpose.
You may look okay on the outside while feeling detached or unsure within. If low self-worth or a lost sense of direction is getting in the way, we’ll work with you to reconnect with your identity, clarify your core values, and live more true to yourself—grounded in compassion and purpose.
Certain tendencies—like strong emotional reactions, avoiding discomfort, or prioritizing others to keep the peace—may have once been useful coping strategies. Over time, though, they can start to hold you back. We’ll work with you to examine these patterns, trace their origins, and develop more adaptable, lasting ways of responding to life.
Ongoing pain and health conditions reach beyond the physical—they can influence your mood, sense of self, and relationships. Through our partnership with Bodywise Health & Rehab, we provide integrative, whole-person care that supports both body and mind, helping you manage pain, ease stress, and enhance your overall quality of life.
