Andrea Dorman, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Approach:
Life’s challenges can be messy, overwhelming, and sometimes really painful. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling in relationships, or just trying to make sense of your emotions, you don’t have to figure it out alone. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Chiropractor, I take a whole-person approach to healing-one that honours both your physical and emotional experiences. My style is warm, grounded and real. I provide a supportive space where you can be yourself to help you navigate issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. I have a special interest in helping those recovering from intimate partner violence (domestic violence) and those who are dealing with grief and loss, whether its loss of a loved one (pets included!), because of a life change or any other sense of loss that you are feeling.
My approach is person-centered at its core, which means I believe healing happens in a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and accepted- just as you are. I show up with empathy, authenticity, and curiosity, creating space for your story to unfold at your pace.
At the same time, I also know that sometimes you just want to feel better, make a decision, or find a way forward. That’s where my solution-focused lens comes in. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, build on your strengths, and look for practical steps that help you feel more grounded and empowered in your life.
Bottom line- I work with you and your needs and use whatever tools that will fit with you, rather than have a way of practicing that you need to fit into.
It’s a balance: I meet you where you're at emotionally, while also gently helping you move toward where you want to be.

About Me:
I have been a Chiropractor for almost 18 years, owning Bodywise Health & Rehab, so know the body well when it comes to physical issues. Over the years, it has become apparent how the mind and body are connected, and how emotional issues affect the physical body. I have seen, both personally and professionally, people struggle with mental health issues and felt a pull to want to gain knowledge to help them, thinking about the impact of being able to help both the body and the mind.
As a mom of three kids, a business owner, as well as a practicing Chiropractor, I ventured to also complete my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). The impact of mental health on physical health and vise versa is immense and I wanted to have knowledge to deal with both. My knowledge as a therapist comes not only from school but personal experience in so many ways!
Let’s work together to restore balance—body and mind!
Devon D'Andrea
Devon’s integrative approach draws from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EFT supports clients to connect and express their emotions in a conscious and confident way which supports the process and provides lasting positive change in relationships. CBT fosters awareness and change with unhelpful patters and behaviours. EMDR helps treat the memory and nervous system related to adverse experiences to reduce distress and current triggers affecting a person’s quality of life. Combining these evidence-based practices with client-centered and trauma-informed care, Devon supports and gently challenges clients to move toward their healing and thriving goals. She helps clients reduce stress through self-awareness, mindfulness, breathwork, and the mind–body connection to foster resilience and fulfillment. Her sessions often incorporate practical mindfulness techniques, coping strategies, and breathwork to help clients tap into inner strengths, feel more in control, and reconnect with their sense of wholeness and well-being.
Devon is trauma-informed and her client-centred approach supports clients to move past overwhelming experiences toward greater overall well-being. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals (16+) navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, and stress related to work, relationships, and the challenges of parenting.
Devon is available for in person and telehealth (online) sessions. Additional times may be available -feel free to book a complimentary consultation to connect and explore working together.

Amanda Lucia
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Most people believe trauma must be born from a catastrophic event or experience they’ve encountered; however, traumatic experiences can also be anything that leaves a lasting negative impact in your life that affects your overall mental health. Many traumatic events and/or distressing experiences can follow us from childhood into our adulthood prompting our personalities, behaviours and responses to stress making us vulnerable to mental health struggles.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I am passionate about supporting individuals, parents looking for support as well as children (12+) on their path toward healing, growth, and resilience. By supporting youth, I work collaboratively with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relational difficulties, and life transitions, and I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Narrative Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe that the therapeutic relationship is central to change, and I strive to foster trust, safety, and authenticity in every session.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am committed to ongoing professional development. I approach my work from an attachment theory, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens and deeply respect the cultural and personal identities each client brings into the therapeutic space.
Together, we can explore your story, reconnect with your strengths, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
My goal is to work together to develop and enrich your current coping strategies, create meaningful change, and reclaim an overall sense of balance and wellbeing.
